    Dusting the bottoms of the cookies so they don’t stick (?) seems curious.  In my experience you want the bottoms to settle and slightly adhere to the base so the tops puff highly leaving the little “foot”.  Just fixing the chocolate just to the foot is a good idea.  I’ve never been successful with this – alas.  Like your blog.ReplyCancel
