Made these cookies. Love them!   I thought the dough seemed a little crumbly, but worked out great.  When I took the cookies out of the the oven, the design had pretty much disappeared.  I figured, oh well.  Then, after they cooled there was the beautiful, crisp design again!  Will definitely make again and again.  Thank you.ReplyCancel

Tasted quite a lot like an apple pie too! Company will love these.ReplyCancel

So cute! Love your molds.  How much would these cookies retail for if sold by the dozen or induvudually?ReplyCancel

Hi Summer. This is Patrice Romzick of Springerle Joy. Although Springerle Joy does not sell cookies, we do recommend that bakers price their products to reflect the skill, investment, time and materials that these cookies require. I’d recommend $2.50 – $5.00 a piece for the various size cookies displayed.ReplyCancel
