Can I just use regular food colouring?ReplyCancel

Yes, you can. Liquid food coloring adds more moisture to the dough, so additional flour may be required to achieve the right consistency for molding.ReplyCancel

These are beautiful! Can you tell me please, for the raspberry, did you just use a raspberry extract and food coloring, or did you use the powdered dehydrated raspberries? Thank you!ReplyCancel

      Hi Maria,
We used pink food gel coloring. You could also use liquid food color in red or pink. If you use liquid food colors, you will probably need to add a little more flour to achieve the right dough consistency.
Your dough color will fade as it dries and bakes. So if you want a strong pink finished cookie, be sure your raw dough is an even stronger shade of pink.ReplyCancel
